To redeem a Klook coupon, choose a current offer from the promotion page, copy the code if one is provided, and apply it in the coupon or promo-code field during checkout. On the Klook app, the field may appear under the payment or booking summary section. Make sure the activity, travel date, currency, and booking conditions match the offer before paying, because some discounts apply only to selected products or first-time bookings.

Klook coupons should be checked against the terms shown on the promotion page or at checkout. A legitimate code normally displays its discount, expiry date, eligible destinations or activities, and any minimum-spend requirement. Codes can stop working after their expiration date, when a campaign quota is reached, or if the offer is limited to specific users. If a code fails, confirm that it has been entered exactly as shown and has not already been used.

Klook promotions may be restricted by destination, activity category, booking value, travel date, currency, customer account, or payment method. Some offers cannot be combined with another coupon, while others are limited to one redemption per user or are available only through the mobile app. Certain attractions and tickets may also be excluded from general campaigns. Always read the full terms before completing payment, particularly for blackout dates and non-refundable bookings.

Klook generally accepts major credit and debit cards, and in some markets it may offer options such as PayPal, digital wallets, local payment services, or installment providers. Available methods depend on your country, currency, product, and checkout page. Because Klook mainly sells digital travel services, many bookings are delivered electronically through the app or email rather than shipped. Physical items, where available, may follow separate delivery terms.

Cancellation and refund rules are determined by the individual activity or service, not only by Klook’s general policies. Before booking, check whether the product is refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable and note the cancellation deadline. If a discounted reservation is cancelled, the coupon may not be restored, and the refunded amount can exclude service fees or other charges. Contact Klook support through the app or website if a booking issue occurs.
